To help ensure the quality of product after molding, we have robotics that can be used to reduce human contact and increase quality assurance. On-Site Mold Maintenance
To ensure that Comar Molds and Customer Molds are continuously producing products that meet quality requirements, we've implemented a MPM (Mold Preventative Maintenance) Program on ALL MOLDS. Within the MPM Program each mold has a scheduled number of cycles before its brought back into the mold maintenance shop to be checked, cleaned and maintained.
