Comar Liquid Dispensing Products – Safe and Accurate Dosing and Precise Flow Control Comar, long recognized as an innovative, responsive, flexible, and dependable provider of quality glass and plastic packaging products, announces an enhanced line of liquid dispensing products that make it easy to safely administer accurate doses or provide precise flow control. These products, developed for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and neutraceutical markets, can be used individually or as a system in conjunction with each other, depending on the application. The Comar Oral Dispenser®, an all plastic, two-piece dispenser with a plunger that has a unique patent-pending one piece flexible wiper design, provides an accurate, safe way to dispense liquid pharmaceuticals, particularly to children. It has also proven effective and applicable for a variety of applications including veterinary and topical applications. The Comar Oral Dispenser can also be pre-filled and snapped into a wagon wheel shaped “No-Choke Tip Cap”, uniquely designed to act as a Dispenser stand that “seals” the Dispenser contents, and conveniently holds the Dispenser vertically on a table top in a variety of colors. When used with a Press-In Bottle Adapter, the combination becomes an efficient spill-free system for administering liquid medications. The Press-In Bottle Adapter can also be used as an orifice reducer when the flow of liquid from a bottle needs to be controlled. The Printed Dosage Cup* was recently developed to improve visual accuracy in dispensing liquid medication. Unlike traditional, hard-to-read embossed lines that are molded into the cup, the easy-to-read printed lines improve visibility of dosing calibrations. The most recent additions to the liquid dispensing line include a 15 mL* Comar Oral Dispenser® to allow for larger doses than the 1, 3, 5, and 10 mL sizes already in the line. 33 mm and 20 mm* Press-In Bottle Adapters have also been added to the line to allow a greater variety of bottle sizes when used as an accessory for the dispenser or as an orifice reducer. In addition to offering its liquid dispensing line, Comar can provide new packaging designs and dosing solutions through a Comar service called Comar (ASR) “A Solution Resource”. Comar (ASR) is a highly flexible service that allows a client to engage Comar services at any point in the design, testing, or manufacturing process, depending on where the client is in the project. Once Comar is engaged, the client controls all costs and the schedule or speed through each step of the process. Comar offers consultation at no charge and an opportunity for a credit on all services leading up to production. At production time, the client is free to choose Comar or another manufacturer to produce the final product. *Enhancements to the Liquid Dispensing Line include the 15 mL Comar Oral Dispenser.
