Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Ron Bozorth is executive vice president, human resources at Comar. He leads all aspects of human resources, including HR strategy, culture development, organizational design and effectiveness, and talent development as well as Comar’s environmental, health, and safety policies.
Ron has a proven track record of leading human resources across public, private, and P/E-owned companies that were undergoing growth, large-scale change, business model transformation, M&A activity, and cultural shifts.
Before joining Comar, Ron was the head of Human Resources, Americas and Global Functions at Solenis, a global chemical manufacturing firm. Prior to that, Ron’s career included increasingly progressive HR leadership and finance roles across pharmaceuticals, domestic and global manufacturing, special chemicals, and healthcare packaging and distribution companies.
Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in taxation from Widener University.
