Canisters

We design and manufacture a wide selection of HDPE canisters for the food, nutraceutical, home and personal care, automotive, and janitorial markets. Canisters are produced in white, black, or natural with either a continuous thread or a snap-top neck in sizes ranging from 8o mm to 120 mm. Choose from several wall designs (smooth, straight, or panel/chime) to accommodate your labeling and branding requirements. All canisters are recyclable and can be produced with post-consumer recycle (PCR) content upon request.

Threaded Canisters

Our portfolio of HDPE canisters is popular for the storage and dispensing of powdered proteins, nutritional supplements, and specialty food products. Their wide-mouth openings enable easy filling and scooping.

• Capacities: 16 oz – 130 oz

• Wall Profile: Smooth (with shoulders), Straight (no shoulders), or Indent (for label applications)
• Designed to accommodate our selection of smooth and ribbed closures (lined or unlined)
• Manufacturing platform allows flexibility in final gram weight and wall thickness (rigidity). We can accommodate requests to lightweight or heavyweight our standard canisters.

Wipe Canister Lids

Features and Options:

• Sizes: 80 mm, 105 mm, 120 mm
• Fit based on neck diameter, lids work with all single snap, double or triple seal canisters
• Standard Colors: White, Yellow, Blue, Green with custom colors available
• Style: Flat or Dome
• Multiple well options (orifices) for threading the first wipe or to accommodate specific materials (lightweight to heavy-weight non-wovens) based on application
• Well design and seal impact the rate of evaporation of the formula during storage and usage
• Option to add custom logos/artwork on the top of the 80 mm and 105 mm lids via tooling inserts
• Custom-made sizes and wells upon request
