Dropper Squeeze Bottles for Controlled Droplet Dispensing

For an off-the-shelf droplet dispensing system, we offer a full line of plastic dropper squeeze bottles with matching dropper tip fitments and caps to create a custom (bottle, tip, cap) combination. Our Boston Round and Cylinder Round style bottles are produced in capacities from 3 to 30 mL and are available with an assortment of colorful tip cap options. Comar’s dropwise dispensing systems provide exact dosing with controlled drop sizes ranging from 40 µL to 60 µL. Bottles can also be paired with Comar’s SecureCap® child-resistant closures for added safety where needed. This unique two-piece SecureCap® push-and-turn technology provides maximum security for your products (meets CPSC Protocol Title 16 of the code of federal regulations part 1700.2).

Dropper Tip Fitments

Inserted into the neck of our dropper squeeze bottles, fitments allow for proper dispensing of controlled-size droplets.

• Controlled drop dispensing of low-viscosity materials
• Sizes: 8 mm, 13 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, and 20 mm
• Controlled drop sizes: 40 µl, 50 µl, and 60 µl
• Volumetric drop forms on the tip for accurate placement
• Extended ophthalmic-style or extended fine tips
• Molded or pierced orifice design
• Uncontrolled dropper tips are also available

Dropper Tip Caps

Designed to cover the dropper tip and screw securely to the bottle keeping the contents safe.
