Leadership Training Day at BrookLodge Hotel: Empowering Future Leaders
On June 11th, Automatic Plastics Ltd (APL) held an inspiring Leadership Training Day at the picturesque BrookLodge Hotel Co. Wicklow. This event, designed to cultivate and enhance the leadership skills of our team members, brought together emerging leaders from various departments for a day of intensive learning and development.
The training was led and facilitated by Scott McInnes of Inspiring Change, which we at APL were highly appreciative of. The training featured a series of interactive workshops, insightful presentations, and collaborative activities. Participants had the opportunity to engage in dynamic discussions on effective leadership strategies, innovative problem-solving techniques, and the importance of fostering an inclusive and motivating work environment.
