Lisa Shumpert is chief human resources officer at Comar. She has more than thirty-five years of global cross-industry human resources expertise. Prior to going Comar, Lisa launched her own HR consulting firm, Illuminated HR Solutions LLC, and authored the international best-selling book “Team Turnaround – Spark High Performance in Your Direct Reports.”
Lisa has held senior positions at best practice organizations such as Pfizer, Integra Lifesciences, 3M+KCI, Charles Schwab, Capital One, and Starbucks.
Lisa has demonstrated a proven ability to create value and formulate HR strategy that enables results. She has focused on creating innovative compensation and employee engagement programs that incentivize behavior and drive results and value.
She possesses a wide range of HR expertise, including executive coaching, compensation, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, transformation initiatives, and change management.
Lisa has numerous training certifications and a BA in communication from Arizona State University. Lisa has been featured in Diversity Journal, “A Woman to Watch” and served on Junior Achievement and SMU’s HR Roundtable Advisory Boards.
