Planning our Growth
Construction of our West Coast manufacturing facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is progressing quickly. The new 230,000 sq ft plant will be ISO 13485 certified, cGMP compliant, and FDA registered and will house dedicated ISO Class 8 molding and assembly cleanrooms, Injection molding, Injection Blow Molding, and Injection Stretch Blow Molding, to support the medical device and consumer healthcare markets. The facility will feature a full-service design and development lab, incorporating dedicated mold sampling, rapid prototyping equipment to enable Comar to rapidly bring you from ideation, to design, to prototype, through to full production.
Supporting your Demand
Comar continues to add capabilities and investments to better serve existing and potential customers. The new cleanrooms are designed to incorporate both molding (including 2-shot) and assembly of devices and sub-assemblies for the medical, diagnostic, and drug delivery markets. Additional capabilities will include “Design for Manufacturing” services, in-house mold making and prototyping, automated assembly, injection molding (insert, over, and two shot), and blow molding.
