Sonia Hardikar is Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Comar. Sonia’s 30-plus years of experience spans a wide array of industries such as precision manufacturing, process instrumentation, management consulting, biopharmaceutical, and medical devices across three continents (US, Europe, and Asia). Sonia has held leadership roles in key functional areas of Operations, Supply Chain, Business Strategy, M&A, and Business Intelligence & Analytics, all in a global environment.
Sonia has led business transformation to improve customer delight and drive both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. Prior to joining Comar, Sonia held several key executive and consulting roles with major corporations, such as Integra Life Sciences, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Emcure Pharmaceutical, IBM Consulting, and CSC Consulting.
Sonia holds an MBA, MS in Computer Science, and BS in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Pune, in India. Sonia is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
